Your gift, of any amount, through a will or trust, will give you membership to the most important group of the Children's Dental Health Clinic, the Legacy Society.

A planned gift to the Dental Health Foundation (Children's Dental Health Clinic) enables you to be present forever. Whether your gift is used to provide the necessary dollars to prevent and treat dental disease of special needs or underserved children, to purchase equipment and supplies, or to maintain the dental clinics themselves--no matter where or when in the future, dollars are needed to change a child’s life, you can be there to help.

You don't have to be wealthy to help. You can provide dollars of any amount. It’s as easy as adding the Children’s Dental Health Clinic as a beneficiary in your will or trust.

Planned giving offers many benefits. If you give during your lifetime, you will receive a charitable income tax deduction. If your estate is subject to taxes, a gift made at death will provide a tax deduction. Perhaps most important is the enduring nature of planned giving -- you may use the fund to honor or remember a loved one, perpetuating your family name long beyond your lifetime.

You designate how your gift is to be used: to provide unrestricted funds available for patient care now and in the future; or to provide permanent resources to aid identified special needs such as IV Sedation, Orthodontia, preventive education, dental equipment replacement, clinic maintenance programs, or even initiatives that are of particular interest to you and your family.  It's up to you.

If you have already included the CDHC in your estate plans, please inform the CDHC Planned Giving Staff so that you will be included in the Legacy Society. By creating a legacy you inspire others to follow your leadership.
