Appointments

Please call our office at (562) 933-3141 to make an appointment. ¡Hablamos español!

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before each appointment to update any necessary forms. If you arrive late, your appointment could be rescheduled or cancelled.

Please note: Changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

New Patient Form

If your child is a new patient, please complete the new patient form prior to your appointment – if possible – and bring it with you. This will help speed up the check-in process, so your child can see our team as quickly as possible.

Insurance

We accept Medi-Cal Dental/Denti-Cal and some PPO insurance. We also welcome cash patients using a sliding-scale fee payment plan based on income for most treatments. Please call our office at (562) 933-3141 to discuss insurance details.
